What is a FlyandFall Pre-Order item?

Pre-Order items are made-to-order couture pieces crafted specifically for you. These designs involve advanced construction, custom materials, and atelier-level detailing. Because of their complexity, each piece is individually produced based on your request.

How long does production take?

Pre-Order pieces require additional time due to their craftsmanship.

Typical production timelines range from:

  • 4–6 weeks for patterning, fabrication, and assembly
  • Plus 1–2 weeks for quality control and shipment

You will receive an estimated delivery window after we confirm materials and measurements.

Will you request my measurements?

Yes.

Because these items are highly structured and tailored, we may request detailed body measurements after your order is placed. This ensures the piece is created precisely for your proportions and maintains FlyandFall's architectural fit.

Are Pre-Order items refundable?

No. All Pre-Order items are final sale.

Each piece is made specifically for you, using materials sourced and allocated exclusively for your order. Because of the custom nature and production investment involved, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund Pre-Order purchases once production begins.

Can I combine in-stock items with a Pre-Order piece?

Yes, but items will ship separately.

Can there be production delays?

In rare cases, delays may occur due to fabric availability, international logistics, or atelier timelines. If this happens, we will notify you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

How will I know when my Pre-Order ships?

Once your piece clears final inspection and leaves our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

Does FlyandFall guarantee my Pre-Order?

Yes.

Once we confirm materials and measurements, we begin production exclusively for your piece. If for any reason the atelier cannot produce the item (fabric issues, structural concerns), you will be contacted directly and fully refunded.

Who is Pre-Order for?

Pre-Order is ideal for clients who want museum-grade craftsmanship, runway-level design complexity, and custom architectural fit — pieces that cannot be mass-produced and are made specifically for them.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your complete payment information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at Contact@flyandfall.com. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order, but we're happy to assist with returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International orders generally take 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues or weather. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your building's mail room. If you still can't locate it, contact us at Contact@flyandfall.com and we'll help investigate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. Payment is typically collected at delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for estimated costs before ordering.

Can I return an international order?

Yes, but please note that international return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot refund original shipping fees or customs charges paid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How do I start a return?

Contact our team at Contact@flyandfall.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US orders).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, let us know when you initiate your return and we'll prioritize shipping your exchange once we receive the original item.

How do I know what size to order?

How should I care for my FlyandFall pieces?

Care instructions are included on the garment tag and product page. Generally, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water and hang dry to preserve fabric quality and longevity.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and access your order history easily.
