Free shipping. Free returns within 14 days in the USA.

Try your piece at home. See how it fits. See how it feels. If it isn't right for you, your return label is already in the box.

Send it back and your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving it.

14-DAY RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. You don't need to contact us first. Every US order ships with a prepaid return label.

WHAT QUALIFIES

- The piece is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- It is sent back within the 14-day window

FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS WITHIN THE USA

Free shipping and free return shipping are included with every order shipped within the United States.

If you're returning from outside the USA, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN (US ORDERS)

1. Repack your piece in its original packaging
2. Attach the included return label to the outside of the package
3. Drop it off with the carrier listed on your label
4. Once we receive your piece, we'll inspect it and email you about your refund

Important: US returns shipped back without the provided return label may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PIECES

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at Contact@flyandfall.com with a photo before sending it back. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE

Pre-Order Pieces
All Pre-Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Pre-Order pieces are made to order for you, using materials sourced and allocated for your order. Because of that, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund Pre-Order purchases once production begins.

Other Non-Returnable Items
- Any piece marked "final sale" at checkout
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:

1. Return the original piece
2. Place a new order for the piece you want

This is the fastest way to secure the piece you want while it is still available.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- The time it takes to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please email us at Contact@flyandfall.com.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the USA:

- Returns are accepted within the same 14-day window
- International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend a trackable shipping service so your return reaches us safely
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable
- Original international shipping fees ($20 USD) are non-refundable
