At FlyandFall, your satisfaction is our priority. We design clothing with structure, movement, and detail — and we want you to love every piece. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our return process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. Returns are easy, and you don't need to contact us first — each order ships with a pre-paid return label.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- The item must be returned with the included return label within the 14-day window
FREE RETURNS AND SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Free shipping and free return shipping are included with every order shipped within the United States.
Each package comes with a pre-paid return label to make the process quick and hassle-free.
If you're returning from outside the USA, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
- Repack your item in its original packaging
- Attach the included return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier listed on your label
- Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and update you on the status of your refund
Important: Items shipped back without using the provided return label may not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, use the return label provided and note the issue when submitting your return online. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Pre-Order Items
All Pre-Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Pre-Order pieces are made-to-order couture garments crafted specifically for you using materials sourced and allocated exclusively for your order. Because of the custom nature and production investment involved, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund Pre-Order purchases once production begins.
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (clearance, discounted products, and promotional items marked as "final sale" at checkout)
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:
- Return the original item using the included label
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures faster processing and guarantees availability of your preferred style.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside the USA:
- Returns are accepted within the same 14-day window
- International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable
- Original international shipping fees ($20 USD) are non-refundable
