DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Note: During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the fastest available option for your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it is delivered.
Signature Requirements
For orders over $500, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your package.
Delivery Notes
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact our customer care team at Contact@flyandfall.com.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages at no additional cost. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Contact@flyandfall.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has shipped. Once a package is in transit, address changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. If you still can't locate your package within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation, contact us at Contact@flyandfall.com and we'll work with you to investigate the issue.
Please note that FlyandFall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue and can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Flat Rate: International orders ship at a flat rate of $20 USD.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at Contact@flyandfall.com and our team will assist you with arranging a custom order and shipping options.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment is typically collected at the time of delivery.
We recommend checking with your country's customs office for estimated costs before placing your order. As a general guideline, duties and taxes can range from 10–30% of your order value, depending on your location.
Processing & Delivery Times
International shipments are handled by trusted global carriers. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
